Nvidia stock has surged today as a key outlier in the Big Tech industry, while most of its counterparts blundered.
And no, its not because Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang labeled demand for the company's AI chips as "insane" on Wednesday.
But rather, it is the company's key initiative into incorporating AI into its chips. Starting from the highly revolutionary Blackwell lineup, the company has been the first of its kind to make Artificial Intelligence a key tool in the GPU's of millions of personal computers throughout the nation.
A key boom for this initiative arrived on Wednesday when the company announced that it will be partnering with the IT consulting firm Accenture to help its plan of complete AI integration. Accenture is an Ireland-based technology and communications company which could give Nvidia the foundations of popularizing and ramifying its AI plan.
Thus, this stock may very well be a very profitable investment if its AI strategy goes according to plan. But, it is important to consider how it is facing increased competition against much more affordable Chinese chip manufacturers who have been supported by the PRC's stimulus plan.
