New Labor Statistics Reveal Good News for Economy

New statistics released today reveal important trends which highlight improvements to the U.S. economy in recent months.

Last month, wholesale prices slowed to the lowest levels since February. Last month, a mere 0.2% increase was reported in prices, which compared to one year ago fell significantly.

This news is excellent for the economy. It highlights the strong impact which high interest rates induced by the Fed's anti-inflationary policies have had on reducing the increase of prices for many goods across America.

This, along with other CPI data, have pressured the Fed to make a move this week in cutting rates. This has left stocks soaring as investors are confident that economic activity is close to becoming easier through lower rates.
