AI Promising Optimism For Three Companies

The introduction of new AI technologies has undoubtedly revolutionized the U.S. stock market as we know it, but it is only the beginning of the so-called "AI Revolution" as it is becoming implemented in more aspects of society.

Three large companies in the U.S. have already started funding large AI ventures in the hopes of generating significant growth in the future, which in the end so far looks promising for them.

The first of these "big three" companies are Apple, quite possibly then largest tech company in the world. Apple is preparing for total AI integration into the economy of their company, adding AI notifications, AI-powered mechanics for Siri, and even AI-led emoji generation. With all of these premium features soon becoming locked behind a subscription, Apple is destined to make a significant amount of revenue from its new AI features. Even without the subscription plan, AI will encourage many phone users to switch to Apple for the best user experience in the market, further solidifying themselves as one of the leading AI giants.

The second large company which plans on incorporating AI is Nvidia, which is the world's leading chip manufacturer. Having already boomed by over 700% in share price since 2023, Nvidia holds the longest and largest waves of enthusiasm for AI in the market. The company has introduced its new lineup of "Blackwell" chips, the company's first experiment of connecting GPU hardware with AI. These chips have become crucial in fueling AI services in other areas such as Chat GPT. However, Nvidia is facing strong competition from many other chip processors such as the Chinese company Huawei, which promises equally powerful chips for a much cheaper price, highlighting the drawbacks of Nvidia's high margins.

The third large company to benefit from AI technology is Jeff Bezos' Amazon, which has tried to stay silent so far in its AI investments. It has recently acquired the AI company Perceive for $80 million, giving it a pathway into mass producing AI as much as it wants to. It introduced Amazon Bedrock, a large AI generative model which allows others to make their own AI-powered experiences. It has even launched other AI experiences such as a shopping assistant and a playlist generator. Overall, Amazon's future looks optimistic with its inclusion of AI technologies into its business.
